Essentially paid $2200 for a guide who had no special knowledge of the parks to swipe our fast passes for us. I asked when booking if a special itinerary for smaller children with a focus on Harry Potter was possible. We ended up with a guide who gave us no explanation of anything just rushing us through the parks. I finally told him I’d pay for the remaining time but he could leave as it made me and my family uncomfortable to just have a random person with us. I was promised no more than 10-15 min wait times (absolutely a lie as we waited over an hour for one ride my daughter really wanted to ride.) multiple times our “guide” pushed us to ride something only to find out once we made it to the line that my youngest wasn’t tall enough. My 4 yo was terrified after we went on Spider-Man at his suggestion. Guide couldn’t even tell us the names of the rides. Absolutely biggest scam and rip off

Just used Smart VIP Tours for the Magic Kingdom this past weekend and it was INCREDIBLE. What a cool experience-Alex & his team were so easy to work with and made sure our family got on every single ride we requested. They were responsive and helpful and I will never go to Disney without using their services. Seriously it was so amazing!

We used the Virtual VIP Experience for our recent trip to Animal Kingdom and it was awesome! My wife was in constant contact with our tour guide Chris via text messages, and with his guidance we were able to hit all of the rides while avoiding the crazy long lines. Anyone who has ever gone to an amusement park with kids knows that it can be a stressful experience, but having Chris as our virtual guide made this trip as stress free as possible. Simply the BEST in-person AND virtual Disney tours ever! We did both tours this week, and they were fantastic.
