I had a great experience as a new patient at SmileStyle. The office was clean with a nice aesthetic. Each staff member staff was friendly and professional from checking in to checking out. Jerrol the hygienist was extremely personable and informative. Dr Ortega addressed all concerns I had about my teeth and recommended an individualized plan for me. The equipment they use enables them to zoom in on problem areas so you can see everything in detail. Overall I was very impressed!

I recently accompanied a family member to their appointment and was pleasantly surprised at how warm and welcoming the receptionist, Marisol, was! She was assisting someone else but made sure to acknowledge us as soon as she saw us, something that is sadly not common these days! She had great customer service skills, helpful, sweet and kind, very genuine! Our interaction with her is making me seriously consider switching to your office! Great job hiring such a kind person, she is the type of person all dentists and doctors need as the first person someone receiving services is met with!

I had such an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the front office greeted me with genuine warmth and made the whole check-in process feel effortless. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and calming which immediately put me at ease. The dental team was just as amazing. They explained everything clearly, checked in on my comfort throughout the appointment, and treated me with such kindness and professionalism. You can tell that everyone here truly cares about their patients, not just as cases but as people. From beginning to end, I felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find an office that combines skill, compassion, and such a smooth experience all in one place, but this team absolutely does. I’m so grateful I found them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional dental office.

It was one of the best dentist experience I've had. From the front desk to back office. My hygienist Jerrol was awesome. He was friendly communicative ,and made sure I didn't have any discomfort throughout the cleaning. Doctor Ortega was awesome as well,he communicated good as for any concerns I had, and help me map out a plan to help me with my dental issues. He also explained and recommend dental work that I should work on, and which ones he felt are important. Overall was a great dentist experience from cleanliness to communication. All the staff I interacted with where very professional and pleasing. Definitely going back for more treatments. 100/10
