Extremely pleased with the service provided. Easy process. I needed my engagement ring sized and the turn around time was less than 24 hours! No sending it out, no worries about it getting lost. Mr. Smith and his wife are so kind and make the process easy. After he sized it, he checked to make sure the ring was in good shape and that nothing was loose. I have other rings I will be taking to him for inspection/cleanings and I highly recommend taking your jewelry here. Very reasonable prices and the service is outstanding!

Mr. and Mrs. Smith are very professional, friendly, and fair with their jewelry repair. They both handled my grandmother’s rosary with great care and Leland provided all options in a clear manner while differentiating the pricing.
