Extremely pleased with the service provided. Easy process. I needed my engagement ring sized and the turn around time was less than 24 hours! No sending it out, no worries about it getting lost. Mr. Smith and his wife are so kind and make the process easy. After he sized it, he checked to make sure the ring was in good shape and that nothing was loose. I have other rings I will be taking to him for inspection/cleanings and I highly recommend taking your jewelry here. Very reasonable prices and the service is outstanding!

Mr. and Mrs. Smith are very professional, friendly, and fair with their jewelry repair. They both handled my grandmother’s rosary with great care and Leland provided all options in a clear manner while differentiating the pricing. I was very satisfied with the repairs to the rosary as they fixed the chain and added the beads where you can’t tell a difference at glance while noting the great care with further inspection. All this was done in efficient turnaround time. I fully plan on going back with any future repairs as their skilled work is amplified by their kindness and straightforward service.

I called on a Sunday night needing a watch battery for a trip I was taking the next day. They were very helpful and were able to replace the battery as I waited as well as polish a tarnished area for me. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. What a great resource in this area! Definitly reccomend! Very kind people.

I found Smith Jewelry repair online and after reading the reviews decided to give them a call. I have two wedding bands, one was bent and one was bent and also broken. Leland fixed them for me within only a few days, had some great suggestions on how to repair to prevent figure breaks, and brought them back to life for me. I love how they look now - thank you Leland!
