Everything went pretty good with Smith And Ramirez Roofing. I decided to have a roof replacement done., before my roof got much older. I called around, and came across Smith and Ramirez on the Internet. They sent Brady out to give me a quote and he went over what types of shingles they had to offer.. I went with the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, that was the shingle that I researched and I felt it would work best for the high winds in my area, so they scheduled me an install date. They did a good job from start to finish, and the workers that did the roof replacement were very respectful and they cleaned up at the end of each day. It only took them a few days to get all the work done.. The roof came out very nice and should last for many years. Another thing that sold me was Brady’s product knowledge, warranty, and the unlimited wind rating on the shingles. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Smith & Ramirez Roofing in El Paso, TX, recently did a fantastic job on my roof. Brady Wolfe was my main point of contact, and he was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Ally also played a significant role and was very helpful. I had a pretty rough start to the year when my roof lost several shingles in January due to high wind storms. It looked terrible, and I realized I had no idea when the roof was last replaced, even though I’ve been living in my home for five years. Brady came to the rescue with dozens of options and presented them in such a professional manner. I decided to go with Timberline HDZ shingles, new piping boots, and metal overhangs. They ended up replacing the entire roof, and because my house was built in the 1930s, there were quite a few code upgrades that needed to be made. The whole project took about a week. I found Smith & Ramirez Roofing after getting 5-6 quotes from other companies. Each one fell short for various reasons – some were too pushy, others weren’t professional, and some didn’t even provide a quote. Smith & Ramirez, however, stood out with their professionalism. They showed up in uniform, had beautiful brochures, and their Instagram is full of videos showcasing their recent work. The roofing crew was friendly and professional, always making cleanliness a priority. They constantly cleaned up nails and dropped shingles, which I really appreciated. The Timberline HDZ shingles have a 50-year warranty and look absolutely stunning. They definitely upgraded the whole look of my house. The crew also had to fix the pitch on a big part of my roof and added wood boards throughout because the old roof was in such poor condition. Their customer service was top-notch, and they were very patient with me as I arranged the loan to pay for the final portion of the invoice. During their time working on my roof, I made sure to show my appreciation by buying pizza for the crew a few times and providing Gatorades and water. They seemed to appreciate it, and it was nice to support them while they worked hard on my roof. I would definitely recommend Smith & Ramirez for their professionalism and quality. While there are a few things that could be improved, overall, they did a phenomenal job. If I ever need a new roof on any investment properties, I'll certainly use them again. Plus, they provide a customer portal with all the photos and documents you could ever need for insurance or your own records. Smith & Ramirez Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. If you need roofing services, I highly recommend giving them a call. EDIT: Original review had " it would be helpful if they had someone on staff dedicated to working with the insurance company for payments and supplements, so I wouldn’t have to handle everything myself." And it turns out my insurance policy is an "ACV" policy with a lot of limits on what can and can't be done. Despite this, S&R has been working with the local adjuster to get additional supplements paid on necessary additional work done.

Smith and Ramirez Roofing did work in a highly professional capacity to replace my roof. Alex Ramirez personally discussed details related to the project on multiple occasions. Alex and his office staff were routinely accessible and worked to be sure everything was correct before ordering materials. Alex worked with the insurance company on my behalf and allowed me to get the most beneficial settlement for unexpected issues. His knowledge and experience were apparent to the point that even the insurance adjuster commented that the completed roof, was the best he had ever seen in his eleven years of work. The roofers who completed the project were professional, fast, and cleaned daily. Each team member was employed by the company for a decade and took pride in their work. No concern was ignored and as issues came up, Alex routinely communicated with the insurance company. I give this company five stars. My roof is beautiful, built to code and solidly done. If you need a new roof, look no further! Smith and Ramirez Roofing is the one I will recommend from now on.
