We wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the team for the exceptional service and quality of food that you provided for our wedding. Throughout the day, Chris and his team went above and beyond in helping us to make the day special, including the setting up and support during the event, but also in being so kind in all your support during the clear up (not something that one looks forward to the next day). Due to the efficiency in bringing the dining hall back to use after the meal, we were able to use it as a really helpful space for people to escape the music and chat with each other - something that we hadn't planned for. This reflects all the care and attention that you and Smiths have provided throughout the build up, which has been so great. Everyone loved the food - the street food approach was really successful and the food delicious. And then we've found that you also left us a card - which was so very thoughtful. Natalie's team was prompt and efficient in delivering the food, ensuring that it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The dishes were well presented, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests on how flavorful and well-prepared the meal was.

We used Smiths for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! Natalie and Chris were a joy to work with and made the set-up and organisation of our wedding reception really smooth. We really enjoyed the food tasting we had in advance of the wedding, and they were so accommodating with our personal preferences when it came to the menu. We received so many positive comments about the food from our guests, who especially loved the dessert buffet table! We’d absolutely recommend Smiths to anyone looking for a wedding or other event caterer.

We recently used Smith’s Catering services for the UCL Geographical Society’s annual winter ball and had an excellent experience! It can always be a hassle to find catering companies that fit your budget, provides good value for money, and good food. I am happy to inform that Smith’s ticks all three boxes. I was assisted by Natalie Conroy who was present with the planning process from start to finish. She is a lovely person and very keen to help out! Her replies were always timely and she listened to any and all concerns or requests we had. On the day of the event, the staff arrived on time and helped with the set up and made sure dinner service was ready at the time we requested. They cleared all plates and made sure to clean up when they left. All the food was delicious and our guests had positive feedback on everything. We were also impressed by the range of meal choices as well as their inclusion of any dietary requirements. Smith’s provides nut-free, halal, vegan, and vegetarian options which meant we were able to cater to all our guests’ needs as well. I was thoroughly impressed by this as well as their value for money. Overall, it was truly memorable and I would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for budget-friendly, accommodating, and friendly catering for any sort of event.

We used Natalie and her team to cater at a recent event we held in our London office. Before the event, Natalie was always very quick to respond to my questions and alleviate any concerns around dietary requirements. On the evening, Chris, Louis and Fadi were so friendly and helpful, they were very efficient at setting up and packing away and did a great job of serving our guests. We opted for a cold finger buffet which was delicious, and beyond exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use Smiths Catering again next time we have a need for catering!
