Not fancy, but it's SUPER fast. I've gone twice. Both times were super convenient.

Was looking for smog star certified station and found this shop nearby. This is a first come first serve since there is no sign in sheet, make sure your face is seen by the worker upon arriving. The worker will come get your key/car when it is your turn. There are 2 slots in the garage but only 1 worker doing everything (smog test, customer service, paper works). There were 4 cars ahead of us so it was an understandable 1-hour wait. But when it is our turn, the service was quick, about 15 minutes from start to finish. At checkout, show or mention the online coupon to get a discount.

My check engine light came on, and wouldn’t you know registration was due? Paid the fees, but had to repair my car before it would pass smog. The ordeal lasted from August 6 when I brought my car in for repair, until today, September 15 when Hugo at Smog Hut passed It and I was able to get my sticker.. Hugo is the only technician who told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get it to pass and why. Today was my 3rd try. I appreciate Hugo so much, and will sing his praises to anyone who needs to have a smog check ! How the heck should I know I have to have 15 cold starts huh? and drive it 219 more miles?? WHAT? OKAAAAAaayyyy!?!!? I had spoken to the mechanics, another smog tech at another place, and all kinds of “weekend mechanics” and not one person knew what I needed to do. Or try to figure it out, or tell me what I needed to do to figure it out! Ughh. I am so grateful to Hugo. I never had to wait even if he was busy. I feel like he treated me respectfully and not like I’m an idiot. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Went there a couple of times. Long wait time, long service time, the guy that works the front desk (he's the one that does smog/verification as well) is rude. Used to go there frequently to register/smog my cars, but it doesn't make sense anymore. other smog shops do the work faster with better attitude. and the vin verification+registration takes same time as in DMV (I waited for 1.5hrs for these guys to do the work).

Quick service, friendly staff and fair pricing. No extra charges than required. Many services such as registration other than smog test are provided here. Give them a call, check for availability and get the service done. The waiting area is needs some work, but other than that, I totally recommend this place.
