I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Smooth Skin Lounge. I had some issues with some other locations, whether it was response time, location, customer service or something else but these guys really checked every box. There is even free parking for 2 hours half a block away! They were so sweet and welcoming when I came in, efficient with getting everything done for me, and it was very clean and comfortable. Stephanie did an unbelievable job - my skin looks like it’s glowing from the inside. I thought maybe it was just me but a handful of my friends who saw me the day of and after asked what I did to my skin even though I didn’t have makeup on. They were all so sweet and helpful with all the questions I had and I already have my next appointment booked! Highly recommend to anyone.
This is my millionth time here at smooth. I would come more often if they were closer to me. You guys have to visit. The girls in the front will text if you’re at work and can’t speak. Victoria and Christine are amazing and Saira is my lifesaver! I make sure to reschedule my touch up before I leave so I don’t forget. Always looking forward for a text from Smooth!
I love smooth skin lounge!! Everyone that works here is so sweet and accommodating. The facility is super cleanly and welcoming. I have received multiple hydrafacials here from different estheticians and have loved all of them. I also began to receive emsculpt here and it's been a great experience so far. I will definitely be back soon!!!!
High class and ritzy! Love the vibe of this place! Victoria and staff treat you like you are special and it is your day! This is what you should expect from a 5-star spa. They have a lounge that can occupy you while you wait with snacks. They also offered me a water when I arrived and when I left. The facial was 1 hour of luxury and relaxation with awesome products that your skin drinks in. I would love to make this my “go to” place after I figure out a budget to pamper myself. This establishment rocks it to the core! Thanks to all!
