100% would not recommend this Photo Booth company. We hired them for our September wedding. We emailed and coordinated multiple times. Despite that, they didn’t bring our guestbook nor the custom props we ordered. While our attendant was wonderful and went out halfway to get us a guestbook, a lot of guests didn’t know about it and had already taken their pictures and never signed it which was disappointing. While we did get a slight refund, you’re better going with another photobooth company for a big event because absolutely nothing further stood out about this company. Janine was our liaison, absolutely terrible. In addition to the refund, we were promised a 10x10 canvas. This was back in Oct, it’s Dec and despite emails (that they’ve ignored) and multiple phone calls, they’re still clueless. Daniela is pretty useless with this regard and today told my wife that it’s better not to give a timeline on when to expect any update. What that means is that they don’t care and don’t expect an update. That should be telling on the lack of customer service that this company provides.

Devante was such a joy! He helped the students at my university take amazing photos for our Taste of Nations event! Not only was he professional, but he ensured ensured everyone had a chance to take photos and helped us pose well for our photos. He also told us about the sms and email features for the mini videos of all our photos which was really helpful for all the club members who wanted to curate unique videos! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Snap Happy photobooth did a great job at our wedding! Communication and coordination was seamless, and our Event Assistant, Shawna, was wonderful during our wedding! We had brought our own props (some fat heads of our animals, bride and groom hat, sunglasses, etc.) and Shawna made sure we got them all back at the end of the night. The digital album was delivered to us in a couple days, and we could tell our guests loved the photobooth!

I had such a great experience with Snap Happy Photo Booth! Jasmine was so friendly, helpful, and professional. It was such a fun touch at the wedding - so glad we could get both printed and digital copies! It was definitely one of the most fun parts of the day!

I had a wonderful experience with Snap Happy Photo Booth. This was my first time using this vendor for an event, and they delivered accordingly! Quality 5D backdrops and stellar customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
