Our Snappr experience was fantastic! We booked Mariola (San Diego area) for a one hour family shoot, and I must admit, I was a little nervous about it, because the price seemed almost too good to be to be true. But Mariola contacted me a couple of days before the shoot, we discussed details of the best beach to take the photos, and she was there on time and ready the day of the session. Mariola was fantastic, and really captured the essence of our family. She was great about making sure we were posed nicely, and was very flexible about taking a few photos of some extended family who came along as well. She made excellent use of our one hour together, making sure to take plenty of different photos in different poses and with different backdrops. A little more than a day later, we received the email notifying us our gallery was ready, and the photos are high quality and absolutely gorgeous! I’ve had no issues downloading the photos to use for our holiday cards, and I am 100% happy with our first Snappr experience. I would definitely use Snappr again, and the next time we are visiting San Diego, we will book Mariola again!

Our photographer, Javier, had to overcome harsh lighting and pretty jumbled background options to deliver beautiful photos of our family birthday party. He was kind, took direction well, and listened to our requests. The only downside was that our photos were delivered without metadata, such as the date and time they were taken. Luckily, it's an easy fix. I will consider booking Javier as our photographer again.

Ellen was amazing! Prior to the shoot, she was very helpful in determining the exact photo location and was easily able to pivot on location to an alternative that was even better! She was very enthusiastic and engaging, creating a relaxing and fun atmosphere for our entire family of 12, including 4 kids under 7. Snappr was super easy to use and a great way for us to connect with Ellen. Highly recommend.

I'm from New Orleans, and I needed to hire a photographer to shoot my surprise proposal in San Diego. I used Google to find Snappr and shortly after I booked Aaron Hall after checking out some of his work. I got a call from Aaron right after booking and he helped greatly in planning, ideas, and all the logistics. We also spoke throughout the week to communicate plans, changes in plans, etc. which gave me peace of mind. Aaron did an amazing job shooting our surprise proposal. He has all the gear and the eye of a photographer for those professional shots. Highly recommend Aaron Hall and the Snappr service.

We have used photographers for our annual holiday card every year for the last 9 years and Snappr has by far been our favorite. It was easy to book and I like how you had many photographer and location options to choose from. We were a little uneasy about our session because we just adopted a 2nd dog a week before our Snappr appointment. Our photographer Charles J, was so prepared to shoot our family and pups that everyone was at ease within 10 minutes! Charles was professional (very good about confirming the appt and details through text), kind and creative with photo/background/pose ideas. The only problem was that we loved every picture he took :) I would definitely book him and use Snappr again!
