I'm thoroughly impressed with Snappy Techs. Charles was incredibly helpful and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and I had my laptop back the same day! He tackled a complex issue that took a lot of time, and even though he had other tasks to handle, he never complained. He also offered a very fair price and took care of issues I wasn’t even aware of. Excellent service, I'll definitely be recommending them to others.
