I am so sad. The pancakes were thick and ready not buttermilk. The French toast was dry. The hash browns were gummy. The apple juice not good too. The chorizo was beyond disappointing. I wish I could get a refund. Me and my family was not happy with this location at all.

We are visiting from VA. We had a great experience at Snooze in Plano! The food was delicious—I had the sweet potato pancakes with chicken sausage (made with real chicken), and my husband ordered the classic breakfast with the strawberry shortcake pancake. Everything was cooked exactly to his preference. Our waitress, Ahsanii, provided top-notch customer service—she was engaging, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

Ashanii was so welcoming and very attentive. She was so polite and made us feel like home. The atmosphere is so colorful and very different. The food is amazing, the drinks well so many choices but the Hot chocolate was 🔥. Will come again and ask for Ashanii. This place is a must!!!

It was our first time here and our waitress Ahsanii was very attentive, kind & did a wonderful job. She helped us choose highly recommended items on the menu and explained the menu items. Food was absolutely delicious and the food arrived in a reasonable time. Great atmosphere to have breakfast & brunch. Highly recommend!

A definite must try!! We dropped in today, very much unplanned, and we are so glad we did. The service was absolutely incredible. Nicole gave us some food awesome recommendations but her energy and knowledge of the menu was so refreshing. The drinks were great, brunch items were exactly as described and the company was top tier. Shared some laughs with new friends and all of the people working at this location were so attentive and personable. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!
