Im sorry but the shortening of the sleeves on 2 suite jackets were poorly done, maybe not as experienced on this type of clothing as the reviews are generally positive.

I brought in few trousers to be altered and everything was completed within 2 days. I was soo happy with the final outcome and the quality of sewing. Highly recommend. We had a lovely chit chat and talked about everything, I felt really comfortable being at her house. Glad I came across this page and will be returning soon with other items.

I took three pairs of ladies trousers to be shortened. They were ready to collect in a few days, at a very reasonable cost. The trousers now fit perfectly. Very pleased with the service I received and the lady is very friendly and welcoming. Would definately recommend. Pam

I found Joanne a few days ago and went to see her yesterday afternoon, although I didn't book an appointment by phone, but I saw on the website that she was open on Saturdays, which I was very happy about, so we got in the car and drove to her from Pontefract Joanne was very responsive even though I didn't make an appointment by phone and her grandchildren were with her, but she was very kind and helpful at my disposal She sewed my pants and bikini very quickly and precisely Joanne is very nice and made my day with her personality and how helpful she was. I am very grateful to her and thank you very much for your flexibility. Next time, if I need her, I will only use his services. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, there is no question that it is 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Thank you ❤️

Took two pairs of trousers for Joanne to take up. The other in the photos were were also taken in. Unfortunately the were jut a tad tight. Without any hesitation Joanne let some out and had them ready to go the next day. Great service and brilliant work. Made better by Joanne’s smile and enthusiasm. I will be back for all my tailoring needs. I suppose I should also comment on how reasonable the prices, which they are more than. Great work Joanne!
