Very nice way to relax after a pretty busy or rough period. This venue offers many more services thought from the gift voucher: you can enjoy different spas, sauna, hamam, cold bath, massages and more. A drink package and snacks can also be added if so inclined. Thank to my dear friend for making me discover the experience and for offering me an opportunity to nurture a bit before the next jump start!

I went to Soak West End as a birthday treat, and it was such a great experience. It’s the perfect spot for something a little different — whether it’s a date, a self-care day, or a chill catch-up with friends. I’m on the larger side but confident with my body, and I really appreciated that no one there was staring or judging. Everyone just seemed relaxed and comfortable in their own space, which made it easy to unwind. We got the package with two drinks, a tiny cake bar, and bathrobes. The drinks were great value — two for $20 — and while the cake was forgettable, it was still nice. The robes, on the other hand, were more of a hassle than a highlight. I’d honestly recommend just using the towel — less to carry and keep track of. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the pools themselves were great. The number of people there felt just right — not too crowded. If I had to suggest any improvements, maybe a silent pool zone for those who want to completely switch off and not hear others chatting. (I’ll admit, I was one of the talkers 😂, but I noticed someone trying to zone out and felt a little bad.) A hairdryer would also be a nice touch for after. Overall, it’s a lovely experience and something everyone should try at least once. I’d definitely go back, just not right away — I feel like I got everything I needed out of it for now.

10/10 experience at Soak Bathhouse for my birthday. We did the 90 minute soak, infrared sauna, LED facial and massages. The facilities are clean & staff are so lovely. Absolutely amazing views from the outdoor hot tubs 😍 left feeling so refreshed.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were unbelievably exceptional, so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated being able to extend our stay past our original end time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the end of our first year wedding anniversary celebrations. It was the perfect way to wrap up a special evening after a delicious dinner. Thank you for making it all so memorable!
