I used this company to dissemble & reassemble a couch that wouldn't fit into our new apartment. They came quickly (within 24hrs), worked fast, the price was reasonable, & the workers did a great job putting the couch back together. You would never know it was taken apart. Poor work quality. I was quoted $225 to repair a dresser drawer however, they claimed one of the metal bars was bended and it could not be fixed or replaced. The drawer does not fully close yet they still charged me the full price for the "repair". Do not recommend this place as they will only take your money without actually repairing anything. UPDATE: Do not try to blame this on the customer. We reached out to you with a video of what needed to be fixed and you quoted us an amount, hence we trusted you to get the work done. We had no way of knowing a piece of metal was bended on the inside. Are we professionals?? It's NOT good business to take the money if you are incapable of effectively fixing the issue. You could have at least offered a significant discount for the mediocre job that was done.
