I used this company to dissemble & reassemble a couch that wouldn't fit into our new apartment. They came quickly (within 24hrs), worked fast, the price was reasonable, & the workers did a great job putting the couch back together. You would never know it was taken apart. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the same predicament!
Poor work quality. I was quoted $225 to repair a dresser drawer however, they claimed one of the metal bars was bended and it could not be fixed or replaced. The drawer does not fully close yet they still charged me the full price for the "repair". Do not recommend this place as they will only take your money without actually repairing anything. UPDATE: Do not try to blame this on the customer. We reached out to you with a video of what needed to be fixed and you quoted us an amount, hence we trusted you to get the work done. We had no way of knowing a piece of metal was bended on the inside. Are we professionals?? It's NOT good business to take the money if you are incapable of effectively fixing the issue. You could have at least offered a significant discount for the mediocre job that was done.
Mark and his team saved me in less than 2 hours. I got my sofa delivered and, although we have taken all the necessary measurements, it still didn’t fit through the door. This team came in less than two hours after the delivery. They quickly assessed the problem and dismantled the sofa, brought it back up to my apartment in pieces and reassembled it in 20 minutes. It looks perfect as if nothing happened. Fantastic work. Very nice team. Highly recommend them.
The speed of response to my enquiry was nothing short of rapid. A team was sent to assess and complete the job within hours of the enquiry. The team arrived at my home and quickly assessed the damage to the sofa which included multiple frame breaks from nail attached frame. . They installed plates and screws and additional support legs resulting in a very sturdy and high quality completion. I was going to replace the sofa but this team have given a whole new life to a sofa that we loved. Thank you.
What an amazing service! I had a broken arm on my sectional sofa and Odeh and his partner arrived quickly and repaired the arm within 30 minutes. I can’t recommend their service enough. The sofa was only a few months old but looks brand new now. Excellent work for a reasonable price.
