I ordered a beautiful brown shirt and it its way too big- I can't get a hold of the store to exhange, I have been calling the last 4 days. I hope someone can respond so I can resolve this issue.

Amy and the Soho gals are always such a joy to work with. They are so accommodating and the selection of curated clothing is impeccable! I am in love with what ever I get there and 9/10 times I wear my items out of the store because I can’t wait to wear them. My favorite purchase is my Isabel Marant Etoile Gabriel coat which I get so many compliments on!

I repeatedly have an amazing experience at Soho! The Soho Ladies are incredibly friendly and talented women, and they take client service to a new level. Their styling expertise is top-notch; as a working mother, I lean on them for guidance for many different types of occasions, often in a pinch, and they deliver every time, suggesting staple pieces I wouldn't have thought of buying but ended up loving. I would encourage women looking for a high-quality clothing selection or personalized styling support to stop by the store. The boutique is beautiful, too! Soho is and will continue to be my go-to Boutique in Cincinnati. If you’re looking for a personal shopping experience, Soho Boutique and the Soho girls have you covered. Whether you’re looking for a casual travel outfit, a cute luncheon look or styling for a black tie event, Soho has it all! Lanie and Caroline are so good at catering to my specific needs and style and putting together looks that work for me. I can’t say enough good things about Soho Boutique. 10/10 customer and shopping experience.
