I love Sol Pilates! I had the pleasure of starting my pilates journey here & learned so much. Having gone to other studios when traveling - for me this is the perfect studio size, each class is almost like a private session in that instructors are able to help each person consistently. I feel so grateful for the foundation I’ve been able to build at Sol. Amie is amazing & so involved, Meg is so knowledgeable & helpful with injuries, Lailey & Mac & Katelyn will kick your booty! You become familiar with other members & everyone is so pleasant & becomes nice seeing familiar faces in class. Cannot recommend this studio enough & such a pleasure to be a member :)

My absolute favorite Pilates studio! I have been training here for a while, and honestly, it has become one of the best parts of my week. The studio has such a peaceful, clean, and welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The instructors are truly amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and so intentional with every movement. They always pay attention to form and make sure you feel supported, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Every session feels personalized, challenging, and uplifting. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, posture, and overall confidence. The classes never feel repetitive, and the energy is always positive and motivating. I appreciate how much care they put into creating a safe, warm space to train. It’s the first studio where I genuinely look forward to working out. If you’re thinking about starting Pilates or just want a place that actually cares about your progress—this is the place. I recommend it 100%! 💛

LOVE this studio! Although they offer both private sessions and group classes, you still feel like you’re getting a personalized class when you take a group class! All of the instructors are different and have their own vibe so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same class on repeat. They all seem to enjoy being there and offer help and modifications If needed. It’s definitely a great studio for both those beginning in Pilates or those who already have experience!

Sol Pilates is an impeccable, modern, and beautifully equipped studio. The instructors are truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and always focused on proper form and individualized guidance. The classes adapt to every level, and you can really feel the difference session after session. It has helped me tremendously with my posture and lower-back pain. Without a doubt, Sol Pilates is one of the best studios I’ve ever been to.

Sol Pilates is the best pilates studio around! All the instructors are professional, kind, and do a great job leading a class. There's a variety of class styles too so lots to try! I also really appreciate the reformer classes are open to all levels. This makes the schedule more accessible and if needed, the instructor provides modifications to the movement. Overall, if youre looking to try pilates for the first time or enhance your training and try advanced moves, Sol Pilates is the spot!!
