Avoid Mercedes Medina, she'll look at your reference photos for .1 seconds, then proceed to ignore your reference photos and cut your hair however she pleases. I mean the haircut I got is literally 75% shorter than the reference photo. I don't even know how that's possible. Doesn't bother to show you lengths, ask questions, just chops it all off and hopes for the best

I went to Clips and Curls and my stylist was Julie. What a gem. Listen, I didnt walk into that salon, I stumbled in, emotionally wobbly and freshly full of delusions. I showed Julie my Pinterest board that looked like the fever dream of a middle-aged woman entering her napalm era and instead of calling for help, she held my hand and said, "Let's do it." What followed was a beautiful blur of snipping, dyeing, and gentle emotional resuscitation. I laughed. I watched the food network while the chemicals did their thing. I almost cried. At one point I blacked out from my own audacity. This wasn't just a haircut, it was an exorcism. The stylist didn't just change my hair-she revolutionized my entire personality. I now walk with the confidence of a woman who has definitely faked her own death before. Strangers keep asking me for advice on how to save their relationships and how to get away with homicide in equal measure. If you're thinking about doing something drastic, chaotic, or "fresh start who dis?" this is the place. She won't kill your dreams, she'll dye them a red that doesn't exist in nature and share her best cookout recipes.

Half of the doors are closed even though Google shows their work times are till 7pm and I was there at 5pm. If you plan to close doors before, change your work times please. I wasted 20 minutes trying to find anyone available. Then head over to Great Clips and got my daughter's haircut done within 30 minutes. I will not return to Sola Salons since you cannot walk-in to get a hair cut. If you plan to visit them, call and get an appointment or else you will be disappointed just like me.

This review is for (Bloom To Beauty ) hair stylist (Maria) normally she has done great work on my hair and others that I have referred her to , however if you wish to have highlights or gray hair she is not the stylist to come to, it was my sons birthday and he wanted gray highlights in his hair and she absolutely did not deliver, I couldn’t even see any highlights??? (Barley there) and they were light blonde… yes, she did try and dye it back to black afterwards but at this point we were just over it , sadly I will not recommend her anymore and will not be coming back.
