Great escape from the city! And you get greeted by Tex. A gentle giant dog who’s the sweetest and needs to be paid as an employee. He greeted us outside and took us inside to order wine and let me pet him. I love him! 😍 My favorite was the Cabernet and Albariño. The charcuterie board is amazing. We sat down and sipped wine, snacked and enjoyed the view. Just wat I needed. I felt like I was in Argentina for a moment.

Great family business. Picturesque setting. Relaxed and not overdone! Very accommodating and helpful with my aging mom and Alzheimer’s. Accommodated closer parking and have a back ramp to enter with her walker. Mom raised on New Mexico cattle ranch said as we departed “I could live here” 🥰😍 Rosalie is soon to be 90!!

Hands down one of the best wineries/wines in Texas. It’s a no-frills, come as you are and hang out kind of place. Frequent live music guests too. The owners Robert and Barbara, and their daughter Erika ran and manage the winery and make the wine. It’s delicious… we have our favorites for sure, but all varietals are first-class! 5-stars across the board!

Truly great wine. Staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful with the wine selection. Outside seating area is very well done with proper spacing, heaters and lighting. You are allowed to bring outside food which is always a plus. Dogs are allowed in the premises, except the inside bar. They even brought a dog bowl for her water. We love it so much (not our first visit), that we became part of the wine club members and will receive bottles shipped to our house 3 times a year. Update 2023: if you have time, book a sommelier led wine tasting. You will learn about the wine, the region and differences between Texas wine and other US and worldwide wines. Highly recommended!
