Excellent service lors de l’installation. Un gros MERCI à William et Yohan pour leur expertise, leur professionnalisme, leur sens de l’organisation et de la répartie. Nous avons rencontré une situation particulière avec la non identification du « breaker » de la thermopompe pré-existante dans le panneau électrique. Celui-ci devant être valider et identifier (impliquant une possible coupure d’alimentation électrique donc du réseau internet), l’équipe a pris le temps d’évaluer nos besoins (formation en ligne obligatoire et télétravail) pour coordonner ces travaux de validation au moment qui serait opportun pour nous. EXCELLENT travail d’équipe et qui fut franchement TRÈS apprécié.
