I came into the store at 4:50 last friday and i was served by the most amazing girl ever. I came in earlier in Feb and she remembered me, my size and my style that i liked. It made me feel so special to know that she remembered me and my name. She picked out some dresses and i tried on a few, she stayed overtime to help me pick a dress. She helped massively with colour and style and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. I apologised for coming in late but she wasn’t fazed at all. I couldn’t decide so i left them there to collect the next day when i decided. She truely is amazing and i hope to see her next time- i feel so bad i can’t remember her name but she is phenomenal.

Exceptional service!! I purchased a Bec and Bridge dress at full price online very recently. Not long after my purchase, I received an email from the very friendly and professional Zahra explaining to me that she’d issued a refund of the difference in sale price to my account as the dress was going on sale shortly after I purchased it. I simply couldn’t believe the kindness and generosity shown, most retailers and boutiques couldn’t care less. Thank you Sooki, you now have a forever happy customer in me. Service 11/10:)

Absolutely love this store. They always have new and beautiful clothes in and the staff go above and beyond every time offering lots of help and advice when choosing something! Every time I wear outfits from Sooki, I get so many beautiful compliments 🥹 Couldn’t recommend them more and very thankful for the girls working there!! 🤍

Just attended Sooki to try on some dresses for an upcoming wedding and was assisted by the wonderful Monica. I was given excellent customer service. Monica was attentive, kind and provided me with fantastic dress options. I was very pleased with my shopping experience and would happily visit Monica at Sooki again.
