I've seen a few different therapists here & while some are better than others for my personal preferences, I have not been disappointed by any of them. The facility is clean & calm as well. Looking forward to my next appt and trying out their new head spa in the future!

I have been going to Soothe Massage for probably 5 years now and never have I had the experience that I just recently had. We booked a couples massage and sauna experience in their "new spa area". When we arrived, there were no parking spots and nothing was plowed, not even the steps to enter. We went into the changing area and both me and my husband's robes were wet/damp and my husband didn't get any slippers. Then during our massage there was construction going on with some sort of electric saw that occurred 3x. Our massage therapists apologized and even said "we could be the best therapists in the world and this wouldn't be relaxing". We were taken to the sauna area and there weren't enough towels at first. Then when it was over we weren't instructed on what to do. We found someone and asked where the showers were and he noted that those weren't available and that "some people don't shower after the sauna". When we went to pay, the same gentleman checked us out and we discussed the construction as a negative part of our experience and he responded with "well I don't hear anything now" and dismissed the concern. To be honest, they shouldn't have opened the new spa area without actually being ready. This was a terrible experience and I highly recommend avoiding the "new spa area".

For my first ever massage I'm so glad I came here. I did a couples massage for our anniversary. I was nervous as I've never had a massage before. The girls were so comforting, they explained things well, and asked me for all my preferences. The space is very welcoming and so relaxing. We left sad that it was over and feeling like jello. 10/10 would recommend. We both will be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful anniversary massage!

I wish I could gate keep how amazing Carliann is to be selfish! But she deserves all the recognition. She is absolutely by far the best massage therapist I’ve had for deep tissue before. Definitely the strongest deep tissue but she also glides across my back/shoulder knots perfectly. I prefer to feel like I’ve been worked on rather than a light massage and Carliann delivers every single time I go to her. I joined as a member just so I could continue to see her!

I visit Soothe for massage and facials. The staff at the front desk are wonderful! They also greet me by name and make sure I’m comfortable while waiting with a beverage of my choice. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax. Carliann is a master of the deep tissue massage. Her firm but gentle touch is relaxing and therapeutic. Carol is an exceptional esthetician and very knowledgeable. Any service I receive is fantastic! 8/7/25 I had a massage with Sandra and had a wonderful experience. I arrived early to enjoy a glass of wine outside on the rooftop deck. It was my first visit with Sandra and she took time to go over my pain points and preferences. She added stretching to the places I needed it most and paid special attention to the areas I asked for focus. The pressure and long strokes made the massage effective and relaxing. She truly was amazing and most importantly I felt so well taken care of.
