I brought my vehicle into Sotos Transmissions after dealing with serious transmission issues that other shops couldn’t figure out. From the moment I arrived, Omar and Martin went above and beyond. They were incredibly flexible with my schedule and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was their clear and honest communication. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, gave me a straightforward breakdown of the costs, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. No surprises, no pressure—just solid, trustworthy service. They got the job done quicker than expected, and my car has been running like new ever since. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care, but Omar and Martin at Sotos nailed it. Highly recommend!

Honest, above and beyond helpful and thousands less than Nissan dealerships with the same warranty. Family owned, local and 5 star for sure! Thank you Omar! My 20 year old daughter was stranded in San Diego with transmission problems and Omar helped us solve it. Beyond grateful!

Dropped off my transmission for work and was given a referral out to another shop that was more familiar with my gearbox. It was very appreciated to not have a business take payment for something they could not guarantee. This kind of honesty immediately builds trust, something that is typically hard for me (see my previous transmission shop review) as I perform most repairs and maintenance on my own vehicles. Go to Soto’s if you want it done right!

Highly recommend Omar and the team at Soto's Transmissions! I'm completely satisfied with their rebuild of my transmission. Had our vehicle towed in and was sent pictures the following day of all the damage. Omar broke down my options price-wise. He called when the vehicle was completed and said the vehicle was done however they wanted to keep it overnight to check to make sure there were no leaks after the test drive. It actually shifts much better now and is a lot smoother! Again, highly recommend Soto’s - very professional, high-quality work, and fantastic communication! Thank you, Omar and Team!
