We hired soul pepper to build our agency website a few years back. Their team didn’t deliver in the early stages of the process, man-splained their shortcomings, passed us around to different employees and refused to return the $10k deposit. We paid $10k, they did a few hours of work and we didn’t receive anything in return. I’ve worked with dozens of developers to build out our designs for hundreds of websites and this is the only bad experience we’ve had.

I encountered Soulpepper Digital Marketing Agency - Vancouver years ago in Toronto 2018 when they were holding a workshop in Google's offices. They convinced me with their presentation, professionalism, knowledge and expertise in the area of digital marketing. I was skeptical at first of their claims to dramatically increase our clients, but the results and their skills speak for themselves. Running a busy legal practice or any business, it is challenging to juggle the demands of marketing. However, Soulpepper's troubleshooting, insights is always friendly. I have to amend this review because of my colleagues asking about this service. You will see results, but it is disorganized. It seems like they use a lot of outsourcing which does not inspire tremendous confidence. We also had a ton of turn around on our account: it was like a revolving door of account managers, with each one having less insight, competence or know-how than the last. I found they 100% know the SEO, web advertising and under the hood type of knowledge about social media. The actual marketing on the other hand was disappointing. If they actually retained talented account managers this would be a 5 star review.
