Adrian at Sound Pure took as much time as needed to answer all my questions about a used US made Fender bass. The bass arrived in pristne condition, professionally packed to withstand a shippers rough handling. It is like new besting my expectations for a 'used' instrument. Here are the key elements setting SP apart in no particular order. 1) accurate description or better and timely response to my inquiry by phone or email 2) not charged until a follow up phone call to determine if I was pleased and would be keeping the instrument 3) low shipping costs 4) A very good price beating all competition. An excellent pro shop commendably being thorough, taking the necessary steps to alleviate as much as possible the anxiety of buying sight unseen and unplayed.
