I recently took my Lexus LS460 to South Melbourne Smash Repairs due to damage to my bonnet caused by a golf ball. I met Phillip who discussed the issue with repairing the bonnet due to it being constructed in aluminum. Phillip guided me through the repair process and completed a detailed quote to repair the vehicle. I was very impressed with the level of detail Phillip was able to capture on the final quote. Vehicle has now been repaired, and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend South Melbourne Smash Repairs for all repairs, especially if you have a Lexus.

5/5 Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I recently took my white Toyota Hilux to South Melbourne Smash Repairs too have the chrome bumper replaced and a dent removed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Phil and Phil were fantastic to deal with — their communication was excellent, and it was clear they both knew exactly what was going on with my car throughout the process. Whenever an issue came up, they made sure to contact me first before doing any extra work, which I really appreciated. The end result was perfect — my Hilux looks brand new again! I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing panel or paint work done. Honest, professional, and great workmanship. Cheers Nathan

About six weeks ago, I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. I took my Mercedes to South Melbourne Crash Repairs, and I couldn’t have asked for better support—Phil and the team were incredibly helpful throughout what was a pretty stressful experience. The car’s come back looking immaculate, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Phil and South Melbourne Crash Repairs more highly.

Couldn’t be more happier with the service, level of care, honesty and quality from South Melbourne Smash Repairs. Phillip and the team did a fantastic job repairing our car, with updates every step of the way, they aren't your average repairer. They took a genuine interest in actually helping us out, rather than feeling like another customer. Would return again if something else were to happen, highly recommend!

No one wants to take their car to a smash repairer, but this is the best experience I've ever had in having a car repaired. From the moment I drove up, I was taken care of and the detail of the repairs were explained really clearly. Phillip and Phil were incredibly attentive and managed everything seamlessly with my insurer. They gave me updates along the way and I could not be more happy with the result. They went above and beyond and I'd absolutely recommend South Melbourne Smash Repairs for quality and service to anyone.
