I ordered on January 30th 2026...I recieved notice that it is being shipped with tacking number.. the tracking nimber was wrong so I emailed them and they responded saying they correct...And it was when I went to canada post all it said was they created a tracking number and would be notified when parcel was shipped...so I keep checking and no movement ...it is now February 12th and I have emailed them again no response...I have also tried calling and no one is answerering and there is no voicemail available...Contacting credit card company now to report scam.

My online order for the holidays was delivered late, and one of the bottle was busted. Canada Post attempted the delivery and left apology note for the mishandling. I provided the proof of damage and reported it to the store, however it is unfortunate and not professional of them to not give me a response or a reasonable explanation on the next steps. I contacted the store by phone and they said the courier claim can be arranged. It’s been a week or more and no response from SP store. In this case, the store levied the enormous shipping costs from me, packaged the items poorly, and caused me loss of money and time. Circumstances happen but there is a way to handle it. This is unacceptable and disappointing. I hope you improve your service soon.
