Some workers found ants in my wall while remodeling a shower. I sent a very poor quality video and he was able to identify them as carpenter ants, put together a plan and came the next day. Sprayed inside and outside of the house and sent photos of potential entry points for insects and gave tips and advice on things I could improve to help prevent them in the future. All of this, while I was traveling out of town for work. Highly recommend

He was also able to schedule me for the treatment very quickly once I gave him the go ahead. Louis did an amazing job spraying inside and outside of our house, and at a decent price. Saw a brown recluse in the house and called right away. He was able to come by the house in just a few days due to the holiday weekend. I'm really impressed with the knowledge I gained as well. He is very informative and responsive.
