Mike Grizzell is one of the most effective people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with - anywhere. My husband and I, as well as our extended family, moved to Florida in 2021, from out of state. Mike effectively helped us ALL purchase the FIRST homes we bid on. We had family members who were looking to settle down in retirement, family members looking to enjoy the amenities of Florida and coastal living, and us - looking to raise our own growing family in the warmer weather. And Mike understood all of our perspectives and needs, making sure everyone found exactly what the wanted. It was absolutely incredible. And he did this for our other family members as well! When we sold our home just one year later, Mike was available and expertly guided us through the ever-changing market and flood of home buyers into Florida. He did an incredible job and was available every single time we needed him, ready with answers, options and guidance, vastly exceeding our expectations. My wife and I recently sold and purchased a home within a week of each other utilizing the always amazing Mike and Michelle team. Mike's knowledge of the South Tampa market is second to none and as such, our home was only on the market for 2 days before it went under contract. Mike's negotiation skills also helped us purchase our new home well below asking price. In all, I've experienced 4 transactions with the Mike & Michelle team and cannot say enough great things about the level of professionalism, market knowledge, and patience that is always on display. My experiencing in selling my home with Mike & Michelle could not have worked out any better. I had an offer for full asking price on my Channelside condo after less than one day on the market. Their marketing strategy is comprehensive and exceeded all expectations. Mike and Michelle know what they are doing, and remain diligent and responsive throughout the entire selling process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

Mike and Michelle were a great team of Realtors to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We used them to both sell our condo as well as buy our new home in Seminole Heights. We had heard some negative feedback on other Realtors in regards to responsiveness on showing requests. Mike was always able to show us homes the same day we requested to see them. We never had to wait and he always made his schedule accommodate our needs. We moved into our house last week and are excited to make it our home. We will definitely work with Mike and Michelle for any future buying or selling needs.

Unsure about what to do or who to trust as you cautiously return to the housing market? Go with the Mike & Michelle Team. Period. Impressively, your home is their number one priority. While I’m sure that they were concurrently selling many properties because of their successful reputation, we had no doubt that they were giving 100% effort to ours. It felt that every moment of their time was dedicated to helping us reach the very best outcome. Every text or email was returned in minutes if not seconds. We had done our research in choosing a realtor and not one other agent maintained the level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and competence exhibited by the Mike & Michelle Team. I must stress another aspect of the Mike & Michelle Team that is truly unique. I was very pleased at how comfortable they were to work with. Phone calls last as long as YOU want or need them to. No rushed answers or dismissed concerns. As they toured our home and explained the selling process to us, I immediately felt as though we had trusted family friends on our side.
