I’d give 0 stars if it was allowed. This place is in my neighborhood and not far from my house. I needed a tire plugged so decided to give them a try to see if it’s something they even offered. My mom and I pulled into the parking lot and an employee came to the window and just glared at her as she walked inside. She assumed it was the sun shining in his eyes and went ahead inside. But no. He was just short and made it clear he just didn’t want to service us. She asked do they plug tired and his exact response was “there’s just 2 of us. You have to go to a place where they have like 30 people working. Go to Tires Plus”. It made no sense. If it’s a service you offer, it takes like 10-15 minutes. If it’s not a service you offer, say that. If you only do appointments or couldn’t fit it in, say that. But the response given coupled with the attitude before we even entered made us feel very unwelcome and gave the impression that you do not value new customers. Tires Plus did fix my tire though. Without attitude and poor customer service.

These guys are great. Super knowledgeable professional, and above all, honest. They will never try to up-sell you unnecessary services. I have taken cars of all sorts to this shop for many years and have never been disappointed.

I went there on Friday for an oil change, but there was a note on the door saying it was closed, even though there was no warning about this on the repair shop's website. Also, the operating hours on the website and Google Maps are different. I think the website needs to be updated.

This service shop is the absolute most best choice in Minneapolis to get car maintenance because Bill and his crew do very thorough checks and are very open and transparent on how they do business, and they DO NOT overcharge, buy, or put things on the final price that are not necessary beyond what they need for service. Bill is very knowledgeable and experienced as a mechanic as he has worked on cars for decades; he has seen so many cars so it is a very good idea to come here because of his very wide and versatile knowledge of automobiles. The price here isn’t overly expensive, and considering the quality of the service they provided me (new brakes) I am happy with my purchase and would have even paid a bit more and not mind. Bill is an amazing guy. To get the most out of your experience at this auto service tell Bill everything he needs to know about the car you are putting in service, and any concerns you have about the vehicle before putting it in service so he can help you the best. I will definitely come back here for all of my future cars because I really love the fact that I know what to expect when I show up here. I did not have the same experience with other mechanics. Bill is the most honest mechanic I have ever met.
