This was my first time having to go through insurance for being rear-ended. Usually insurance and body shops are a headache. The team at caliber collision made it so easy. They got me right in, were friendly, clearly explained the process, helped me get a rental, and my car came back looking like it had never been hit. I hope to not need them again, but if I do, I'll come back here every time.

We unfortunately had two car accidents this year. We took both our cars once in February and the other in June both times our cars were fixed in timely manner. Staff were great!

The Caliber Collision in downtown Minneapolis off of 7th st has a great crew who are on top of their game. They repaired my car, a Toyota Camry, in a timely manner. They also responded politely to calls when I would call and ask how the fix was progressing. They didnt cop an attitude,the office manager, her name is Julie,is very friendly to talk to, gave advice on where I look for the progress on the car and the estimates for the repair on their website....and my actual repair technician was Luke, he walked me through the process, we did a walk around the car and looked at all the damage, so we were on the same page with everything which is kind of a good thing to do, because some places will just fix exactly what you tell them. But they won't look anywhere else. Luke found some other damage related to the crash I hadnt noticed. I don't usually do reviews on car repair stuff, cuz it's like "well, that's their job", but I did this particular location because it is above the rest. And I would go there if I were somebody that needed a car fixed again. It's not worth it with other shops. Excellent service, customer relations, and most importantly, repair.

I had a small incident that left my car needing repairs, and a colleague recommended Caliber Collision. I am new to Minneapolis, so I decided to give them a try. I arrived a little late to my appointment because of traffic, but Luke and the lady at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) were so kind and understanding. They asked me to come back the next day, and when I did, Luke fixed my car in just 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast and professional they were. If you ever need your car fixed in Minneapolis, go to Caliber Collision. They truly are the best. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I ever do, I know exactly where I’m going.

I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this facility unless you have a precise understanding of the issues at hand, particularly if your vehicle is a recovered stolen one and insurance is involved. My car was examined by Caliber twice, each time for over a week. Upon its initial return, I found substantial glass debris on the dashboard and in the vents, along with personal items belonging to the car thief. Although I had explicitly requested that all non-belonging items be discarded during the detailing service, these items remained, indicating a lack of attention to detail. When I returned to collect the vehicle for the second time, the same items were still in the trunk, and glass fragments continued to litter the dashboard. During one of my initial visits, I expressed my concerns regarding the inadequate repairs identified during the inspection. I was reassured that a thorough inspection had been conducted; however, it became evident that significant damage had been overlooked. I want to clarify that I do not intend this review to critique their mechanical services, as this is not their primary focus. Nonetheless, I believe they should uphold higher standards in their detailing services. The first two images included in this review depict the state of the vehicle after the second detailing, while the remaining images show its condition following the initial service, which should not have been acceptable.
