I feel like I was treated unfairly by their business practices. I got a set of four used tires, after the team explained to me that they had a set of four tires of my size that had good life left in them, relative to some of the other sets in the warehouse. I drove off the lot with these tires, and found about an hour later that above 40 mph there was a strong wobble. I took the car immediately to a mechanic (I could not get in touch with UsedTiresRUs that night), and the mechanic told me all four tires were too worn out to use, had different tread levels on each tire, were unsafe to drive on, and that I needed to get them replaced. I had them replaced there, and returned to UsedTiresRUs for a refund. I arrived and asked for a refund, and was told by the team there that I would get one. 2 minutes later they said they needed to consult with the boss, and Ron drove over to talk to me. We negotiated, and despite me returning all four tires with less than 30 miles of additional wear on them (having returned them less than 24 hours after installation), they only refunded one tire and gave me a credit for future purchase for the other tires. The team is friendly, patient, and efficient, but the practice of not allowing refunds even after returning the merchandise within 24 hours, especially after them acknowledging that the merchandise sold was not up to the standard of the rest of their inventory, seems unfair. The average customer is assuming they are getting driveable tires that don't immediately fail. I lost $170 after using these tires for less than a day and returning them all. Aren’t they just going to resell them? Make sure before your purchase that you are willing to incur the risk that the tires may be unsafe to drive on, as the only official protection for returning the tires is if they do not hold air. Purchasing from the nearby Tires Best For Less was a more straightforward process.

Excellent service. Got me in and out within an hour even though they didn't have my tires in stock, found a set and got me on the road again!!!! The Employees were welcoming and very friendly!
