Initially I came in and I thought I was alone, then I saw Jessica and I greeted! I thought I wasn’t welcome but when I asked everyone was very nice, even momma came out of her comfort area to tell me how to cook wakye. They had also made fresh food, I tasted b4 leaving the area and returned to buy more for taking home. The grocery store has many items from Africa that I wish I knew how to use for cooking… I will definitely be returning soon Thank you for being so kind to me

Came here off of a recommendation for scotch bonnet since it is hard to get in this area. I must admit I was really dismayed at the condition of the store, it was filthy. You can barely see through the glass doors of the freezers or the meat section. Most items don’t have labels or price tags. The cashier was very rude and unwelcoming to my husband. There isn’t much room to push the carts through because of the vacuum in the middle of the produce area so we parked our cart near the rest rooms ( trying to be considerate not to block the line or the tight produce area) when we came back to the cart it was removed without explanation. We did purchase the items that we carried in our arms but we will not be returning to this location.
