Farmers locations in Houston are 100% better than this one. The cashier was rude and acted as if I were responsible for his bad day. They also fail to inform customers about the yam promotion until after checkout, forcing customers to pay full price. I will never return and do not recommend this location.
Small quaint shop. Not setup yet for EBT benefits and only accept credit card for transactions over 10.00 which is custom for small businesses. Their selection of produce was very fresh. Wide selection of meats that you won't find elsewhere. Very nice staff. Recommend you stop by and check it out..
I’ve been here couple of times with me and my husband. I asked my husband to go on an errand to go get common shito Usally the price of it is $7. My husband went there today by himself to go get it a woman was trying to charge him $28 for a small bottle of shito. Ahh ahh Nah weh be dis now. The woman was not even confident on the price she charged him. My issue with this store they don’t even put price tags on the items they are charging. I get it business is business I will say one thing what the lady did was wrong she knew what she was doing I went there myself to see I was charged differently. My husband didn’t end up buying the items. We chose to get else where.
Very horrible service. I ordered a box of fish to be fried. I was supposed to pick it up on a Saturday by 4 pm for a 6 pm meeting. They called me at 420 to confirm my order and I said I was on my way to pick it up. The guy pleaded with me that the first is not ready yet. We agreed he call me back when it's ready in an hour or so. I called him back at 6 pm and he didn't answer and I went there anyway to see that he has left already and the fish was sitting right there cold and not packaged as agreed. No one on-site could help me to make it right.
I’m happy I can get every African food stuff I want.
