This was by far the worst massage I have ever experienced. I asked several times for more pressure, and nothing changed—there was no effort to adjust or provide an actual massage. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning to Spa 10 North, and I strongly advise against booking with Khalil.
My husband and I booked a visit here and had a great experience from start to finish. Just a tip — the website doesn’t always show all availability, so walking in or calling might be your best bet (we had better luck that way). Grace at the front desk was one of the nicest people — super welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in. She really set the tone for a relaxing experience. This was my husband’s very first massage, and he absolutely loved it! Chris did an amazing job and made him feel totally relaxed and comfortable. I went in for a facial with Chris and had a great experience as well. I especially appreciated how attentive he was — he applied the perfect amount of pressure during the neck portion, which mattered a lot to me since I’ve had a previous neck injury. I felt completely at ease the entire time. Overall, the staff was professional and kind, and the whole visit left us feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend for both first-timers and regulars!

I had the pleasure of receiving a 1-hour deep tissue massage from Cristina Rodriguez, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Cristina is an excellent massage therapist who combines attentiveness, precision, and professionalism in every aspect of her work. She was incredibly thorough in addressing the tension points throughout my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure to work through the knots without causing discomfort. Her calming presence and intuitive touch made it easy to relax from the moment the session began. By the end of the massage, I felt lighter, more aligned, and completely relaxed. Every bit of tension and stress I walked in with was replaced by a profound sense of relief. I cannot recommend Cristina or The Spa at 10 North highly enough—this was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning!
The whole experience from making the appointment to the actual massage was wonderful! I had Andre and my husband had Angel. They were both really nice and checked in multiple times during the massage to make sure the pressure was good. My lower back was sore from moving boxes yesterday and Andre worked magic leaving me completely pain free and relaxed. It was seriously the best massage I've ever had! The woman at the front desk was so friendly and even told us the best place to go for pedicures! I can't wait to go back!
First time here at this hotel and spa. We only paid for the spa. The hotel is beautiful. The main bathrooms though are very outdated and weren’t as nice as the hotel. But I’m here for the spa! Everyone was extremely nice. I didn’t know what to expect so if you’re a first timer like myself, you go to the front desk and they bring you to a closed private room to fill out some paperwork. Then you’re greeted by your therapist and they will walk you to the room where you can get a foot soak, massage and even facials. It just depends on what you are wanting. My therapist was extremely professional and he was so nice. I can’t for the life of me remember his name but he knows his stuff. He was very polite as well. I’ve never felt more relaxed and renewed in my entire life. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spa!
