First time visiting the spa today, and it had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I was greeted with warm smiles and a lovely cup of tea before my massage. Katy at the front reception was extremely helpful and friendly. My masseuse, Julia, took the time to listen and carefully assess the area on my back that needed attention. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I will definitely return for more treatments in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience at Spa and Massage Bayswater ! The team was very nice and professional and I loved that there were many different types of massages available. I went for the de-stress one and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. And they have a fantastic tea 🧖🏼♀️☕️

My experience at spa and massage Bayswater was incredibly. All the people that worked there were so sweet and welcoming and offered me tea as soon as I came in and for after my massage!!! The massage room was super cosy, they had calming music playing and essential oil diffusers, heated towels and massage oil and was a really relaxing environment, could have stayed there for hours! The facilities are spotless and a beautiful place, cannot recommend this place enough 🥹

I had a 90 minute massage with Victor and I never knew self care could feel so good. It was just what I needed to start the year, the pressure was perfect. Only thing I would say is the room could have been warmer (but I’d live in a desert if I could). I highly recommend!
