Had a lovely massage - my therapist was so skilled and friendly. The branch was located right across Belsize Park station so it’s really convenient to get to. Left feeling sooo relaxed & floaty ❤️

I had a massage with Vaiva as an athlete, and it was unlike anything I have experienced before. The work was very intuitive and deeply focused, not a typical relaxing massage. I actually left feeling quite sore, but a few days later my body felt incredibly rejuvenated, lighter, and more aligned. Vaiva works like a true healer rather than just a therapist. She clearly understands the body on a deeper level and tunes into what it genuinely needs. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are active, train hard, or are looking for something more meaningful than a surface level treatment.

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage here. Absolute bliss for a whole hour! Such a calm and welcoming atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be going back!

I had the loveliest pregnancy massage at Spa & Massage Belsize Park and honestly… it was heaven. The location is perfect. From the second I walked in, it just felt so calm, cosy, and relaxing. The staff were so lovely and made me feel super comfortable straight away and greeted me with a tea, which is exactly what you want when you’re pregnant and everything aches! The whole place was spotless too — super clean, fresh, and just felt really well looked after, which instantly made me feel even more comfortable. The massage itself was amazing. I left feeling SO much lighter, like I could actually breathe properly again. My body felt less tense and my back finally didn’t hate me for carrying around a whole baby 😅. The whole experience was so relaxing and just what the doctor ordered. If you’re pregnant (or even if you’re not) and thinking about booking — do it. You will not regret it. I’ll definitely be coming back!
