Contacted them without much notice with bad weather through the week and they were very communicative and informative. They came and set everything up with no problem and earlier then needed. They even let me keep it longer than the allotted time frame. All in all very good service and customer service i will be referring everyone I know that would need party rentals here and will be getting all my future party rentals here too.

absolutely amazing!!! customer service 10/10!! rented a water slide for my birthday and was really worried it wouldn’t work out with the nasty weather. they waited to confirm until the day of my party and it was fortunately beautiful outside! inflatable was clean and super cool. they gave clear instructions and were extremely kind. really made my birthday special this year i appreciate it so so much. we will be renting more in the future!!!! thank you guys!!! 🥰

All went excellent! Starting with the customer service! Very nice family owned business! They are very friendly and respectful. We were never rushed and not to forget we definitely got more than what we paid for. You made our daughter’s 3rd birthday party such a fun experience for her friends and family. We rented the obstacle course for my son's birthday this past weekend to try and keep some of the older kids occupied while we celebrated our toddler. Turns out it kept EVERYONE (adults too) occupied. They showed up right on time to both set up and take down, and were friendly the whole time. Overall a painless experience and I will definitely be recommending and using again for the next party (:
