Great customer service. Sent a "shot in the dark" email and a worker sent me a replacement cup I needed for our tea set we had broken! So awesome

Isabell R was very rude at check out. Was talking to the customers in front and behind us and didn’t acknowledge my husband and I when she scanned our stickers. I said hello and she just stared at us and started talking to the customer in front of us. Then when we grabbed the receipt and said thank you she glared at us and then said “hi find everything okay” to the people behind us. You don’t get to pick and choose when to use your customer service.

I would not recommend buying the mugs here. They are made in china and mine cracked after the second use because it could not handle hot tea.
