I went to Sparkle Car Wash on Tuesday, 1/20/2026 around 11:23 AM and paid $41.72 for the Paradise Plus wash for an SUV. For that price, I expected my car to actually be clean — it wasn’t. The wash was rushed and poorly done. There were still dirty spots on the exterior, the wheels were not properly cleaned, and the windows had streaks. It honestly looked like a basic wash, not a premium service that costs over $40. This was a complete waste of money. I shouldn’t have to point out obvious missed areas after paying for the top package. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place unless you enjoy overpaying for low-quality work.

I brought my wife’s vehicle to this car wash and it turned into a terrible experience. After the service, the vehicle’s screen was damaged, showing clear marks that look like chemical burn or melting, likely caused by the use of harsh or improper cleaning products. Before the wash, the screen was in perfect condition. The damage appeared immediately after the service at this location. I have the receipt as proof, and when I contacted them to report the issue, they refused to take responsibility, denied a refund, and would not cover the cost of the damage. A professional car wash should know how to properly clean modern vehicles with sensitive electronics. The lack of care and professionalism shown here resulted in costly damage that we now have to repair out of pocket. I do not recommend this place. Use their services at your own risk, especially if your vehicle has screens or delicate interior components.

No matter which package you request during a busy time don’t expect a great job. They need more workers to help. I learn to go very early or late if I want a better job on my car. Also prices listed are for regular size cars, they charge extra for bigger car. Dont get surprise for an extra fee if you pay with credit card. Workers rely on tips so make sure to have cash. They work very hard trying to wash car after car. Owners should have a better system to improve customer satisfaction.

I just left this place after waiting two hours for my pickup truck to be washed, and when they handed it back to me, the bumpers were stained, the interior was still dirty, and they didn’t even bother to take out the trash. When I pointed it out, the guy told me that was the best they could do. There were way too many employees for such poor service. I never rushed anyone, and I’m more than willing to pay what’s fair for good service, but that’s exactly what I expect: excellent service, not the mediocre job they did today.

I usually have a good experience here but my car is still dirty in spots after paying for the 35 dollar package to target those areas. That package includes wiping down your dash, console, cup holders, inner doors etc. There’s visible grime that wasn’t touched and my mirror still has bird poop on it. The floors were vacuumed pretty nicely and the body of my car looks good but I still would’ve gotten that in the basic wash. Everyone was polite and I appreciate them working in FL heat but the extra money wasn’t worth it.
