I showed up Wednesday afternoon. This is the 1st time that I had a dismal experience with this carwash. Upon leaving, I noticed that the pollen spots were still intact after being brushed washed and the team failed to wipe them off while drying my SUV. They started arguing with me about that if I had gotten the wax, the spots would be gone. I had gotten their Ocean Breeze package that includes Carnuba wax. I asked for Pina Colada fragrance which I didn't get. Also, where they stood in the door frames to wipe down and dry the roof, they left their muddy boot prints on all 4 door frames and left them there. I am a Senior Lady. I had to come home and finish out my vehicle the way they used to detail it. I called them the very next day and left a voice mail because they don't answer their phone anymore. I left a message requesting that the manager please call. I never received a return call! Guess I won't be using their service very often. Never have I had any employee become belligerant with me and argue with me when all I asked was why the pollen was still on my vehicle as it was very visible and the main reason I took it there to be washed!

Best car was in town. After the car runs through the wash they hand dry the cars and vacuum. I have a monthly subscription and can have the car washed as many times as I want.
