I appreciated the massage from Julie. She was attentive to key areas of concern and took time to share helpful information to support healing in those areas. I did want to share a few aspects of my experience that I did not enjoy: 1. The room temperature was uncomfortably cold, even after I asked for it to be warmer. 2. While I understand the need to stay on schedule due to other appointments, I did not appreciate feeling rushed during my session. 3. I would have appreciated the receptionist asking for my size before providing a robe. The robe I was given was several sizes too large, which affected my comfort. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the experience for future clients.

Julia, did an amazing job! Such a relaxing and peaceful experience. She has a very calming presence and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage was soothing, intentional, and exactly what I needed to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I really liked visiting Spavia. I got an excellent massage from Julia Erbas. She was very attentive to my pressure request and paid extra attention to my arm that’s been bothering me. It feels so much better today! I loved the facility, especially the retreat room. The atmosphere in the treatment room was perfect for my expectations. The staff at check in were all very friendly, energetic and professional.

What a nice spa, located in the most unassuming location. I went because of a gift card from a family member, but I stayed because the staff were so kind AND skilled! Thea was my assigned specialist, and I feel so lucky. She explained to me all of the perks of my planned experience and even let me know about alternative options should I want to change small parts on my experience. She never tried to force additional purchases upon me, and very frequently checked in on me as we were going through the treatment. I haven’t booked myself to such a nice experience before, and the check-in ladies and specialists I met have completely sold me on the experience. I even had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers at check out, who let me know more about their offerings and what keeps folks coming back. This was a thoroughly relaxing stay I loved every second of. Please consider this location if you are looking for a relaxing experience in Bridge Park.

I had an amazing massage experience with Ruth today. I was a bit timid and shy at first but Ruth was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The entire experience was very therapeutic and calming. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back!
