Very beautiful and relaxing place- customer service was good upon entering and placing the appointments - we scheduled the last appointment for the day. We were told to come early and we waited in a room for over 45 mins and areas of the spa weren't pointed out to us that we could use- We didn't know the salt room or sauna were even offered to us until after our massages and by that point they were closing already. Definitely very pricey for a rushed massage that honestly wasn't very good. Other issues were "one size fits all" robe which was too small and having to look for other sandle from other lockers as I had 2 left sandles- only 1 bottle of water was offered to us after having a couples massage. Definitely not what I pictured as an anniversary gift for poor services for that price. Definitely would recommend other massage or spas in town.

My husband and I love to get a massage whenever we stay at a resort. So, we went for a couples massage at Spa Well. The vibe and atmosphere of the spa were wonderful. My masseuse, Jeffery, was outstanding! Before the massage, he asked if I wanted him to concentrate on any certain area. Then, during the massage he checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. He was thorough and the pressure was perfect. My husband’s experience was totally different. He had Candace as his masseuse. Before the massage started, she informed him that it would be a light massage, and it would be an upcharge if he wanted medium pressure. He said that his massage felt like she was just rubbing oil on his body. She never checked in with him at all during the treatment. As a result, he was disappointed in the service and would not recommend.

I don’t get many massages, but I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing! Brenna was outstanding, really knows what she’s doing. I should have done the 80 minute. Highly recommend!!!!

I’m not exaggerating when I say, a massage from Lydia will change your life. The presence, her aura, her care, her love, is so present when she took care of the body. She’s very knowledgeable and informed me about some glut muscles I can do a better job at taking care of with a massage gun, roller or tennis balls. She is superb in patience and the pressure she put on my body was so spot on, I left the bed feeling RELAXED, REVITALIZED, AND SO TAKEN CARE OF. I will be returning for Lydia. Thank you so much. The conversation and life experiences was such a bonus. I appreciate getting to meet and know you. 🫶🏽

What an awesome experience! The ladies that worked with me and did my facial were AMAZING! And I had the first appointment of the day so I had the entire spa facility to myself for a couple hours and it was so peaceful to just explore and enjoy at my own pace. Highly recommend
