I recently had the pleasure of working with SPEAAR LLC which led a leadership training for my hotel management company. The experience was exceptional! The leader, Kalpesh Shah, had a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership strategy and organization. He was able to clearly articulate the importance of effective leadership and the positive impact good leadership can have on a business operation. Mr. Shah provided our team with great tools and strategies to help us create a strong leadership team at multiple properties. The training was well organized and engaging. Everyone in the room was involved and learned a lot. He also provided each attendee with follow-up action items to work on after the event, at their particular property.
