Specialist Roof & Repair visited our home and then again at our rental home after the rain caused leaks at the two locations. They did an excellent job at both places with pictures they provided of the actual work they performed. Hopefully our roof will now last us another 20 years, but we would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting great service and reasonable prices.

I have worked with Roof Repair Specialist for a few years now and always have good experience. Many roofing companies nowadays hesitate or decline to take on roof repair jobs if the roof is not done by them and just do replacement. Obviously there are good reasons behind this practice as it would be taking on issues created by others. However, for most of us, roof replacement is done every 15-20 years or so. Not to say that many roofing companies are not even around long enough to honor their warranty. It is repairs and maintenance that home owners need help the most. Roof Repair Specialist has assisted me in this area by often having to deal with issues created by other vendors in the original job and I appreciate very much. The communication with roof inspectors and scheduling staff has always been smooth and timely. On site crew arrives timely and clean up well afterward. Their repair jobs also hold up well. Thank you Daniel Ramirez for leading the crew on the most recent project with me.

I had a great experience working with this company on my roof project. The team was professional, on time, and very thorough with their work. They replaced several damaged areas and cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. Communication was excellent from start to finish.
