Great experience every time I visit because of your employee Nikki she is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. she makes great recommendations when asked and keeps things moving even when it’s busy!! She always has a positive attitude and a beautiful smile You can tell she takes pride in her work Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming to this store!!!

I've always had a great experience here. John, Champagne always treated all customers great... the employees in the store always ready to help... thanks ... but now that there's a new supervisor I can't ever seem to find what i'm looking for... and talking to one of them he personally told me that when the good stuff came in, he would make phone calls to let his family and friends know before they are even set out on the shelf... i believe his name is Nick ... his relatives have a liquor store up north i believe Oklahoma... ... ( i'm not sure if Aaron knows anything about it) someone from corporate should really look into this.... walk in act like a regular customer, After you know, the delivery has been made... and find out for yourselves

Customer service at the front counter wasn't great. Wasn't greeted and we were being super rushed. The little shot bottles are in the most inconvenient spot....right next to the checkout counter. So when your looking at them....your in the way of ppl checking out and as if your trying to skip the line. Just not a good spot for them at all. They need to be away from the front checkout counter.

Love Specs Liquor Stores. Great variety and reasonable pricing I haven't been to this location in a few years, stopped in to pick up a couple things. The store is well stocked, I also appreciate the employees walking around the store helping you find items that you're interested in. Very helpful and thanks to the cashier that helped me by carrying out my bag of ice. # Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
