I have been using Spencer Air for several years now, starting when I chose them for my new AC installation. Their offered package was the best all around, and installation was a breeze. For my peace of mind, I also have an annual maintenance plan with them. They have always been open, communicating on the status my system, not pushing add-on sales, and if making recommendations, then without pressure or deadlines. The service guys are super friendly and polite, and I appreciate that it's usually the same guy coming, and not changing from visit to visit. That makes it so much easier when I don't have to explain over and over the same instructions.
