I have been using Spencer Air for several years now, starting when I chose them for my new AC installation. Their offered package was the best all around, and installation was a breeze. For my peace of mind, I also have an annual maintenance plan with them. They have always been open, communicating on the status my system, not pushing add-on sales, and if making recommendations, then without pressure or deadlines. The service guys are super friendly and polite, and I appreciate that it's usually the same guy coming, and not changing from visit to visit. That makes it so much easier when I don't have to explain over and over the same instructions.

David was fantastic! He came out on a Saturday within 2 hours of our call. He couldn’t fix the problem but did everything he could to keep our issue from getting worse until the issue can be resolved. We have been with Spencer for years and they are excellent.

My name is Marcelo Steinbruck! My service technician was Ray and his customer service was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He didn't give me the runaround or try and sell me things I didn't need. Very honest and trustworthy individual. I definitely will use Spencer Air and Heating again as well as refer them to family and friends. Thank you Ray for you extraordinary work today!
