This is usually my go-to spot to hand wash my vehicle, and I’ve been coming here regularly without any issues—until today. My wife and I were washing both of our cars, and I paid three separate times to do so. Despite being paying customers, one of the employees rushed us out of the bay, claiming “there’s a line forming,” even though there was more than one bay available. I’ve always supported this place, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Customers who are actively paying shouldn’t be pressured or rushed out. Fix your workers’ attitudes toward paying customers. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

This is a touchless wash but it left the lower half of the car dirty, the rinse did not remove all the soap, and the vacuums are inoperable. I could not find an employee to discuss the problems, either.

Should have seen reviews. No wonder this place never has people. My car came out dirtier than how it was. I went back and told the worker who was just sitting down on his phone. He rudely told me i could wash it myself and pointed to the side where they have hoses to do it yourself . Never coming again. Vacuum’s don’t even work
