Went here last night with my family and was very impressed about how positive the staff were even though they seem to be short staffed. The only problem we had was at the games room where there was no Staff at the desk and had to be asked to return so that we could pick out our prizes after playing the games at the arcade. All the games at the arcade were functioning, And well maintained.

Jonah was our lane host for a work party with 40+ people and she was awesome. She did a great job keeping an eye on everything and made sure everyone was taken care of the whole time. Super friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. Made the night run way smoother!

I have been going to this location for years. Back when it was Lets Bowl, the location was quite run down and had little to offer. Now that new ownership has taken over, it looks much better and contributes to a much better experience overall with friends and family. My only concern is the lack of enough staff. Although, I didn't have any issues with ultimately getting the service we needed, it did take a bit longer to get things to our lane. Overall, I think this is the best 10 Pin bowling alley in Calgary.

The food and drinks are good, . Staff is generally friendly and helpful, Overall, a fun and energetic bowling experience in Calgary.

I wish the staff wasn’t so condescending to our group when we were just asking questions to make sure we had all the correct information (can we wear our own shoes, time to play etc;) on top of that the ladies washroom was broken and when I asked if there was another one, the guy who booked us said no but afterwards another lady working there said there was one. It was just a very exhausting and negative experience and I will definitely not be visiting this location again :(
