Our nervous dog was very comfortable here. Staff was friendly and waited patiently for her to come to them when she was ready to be handled for exam. Very clean and welcoming office. Dr. Freeman was thorough in his exam and took the time to answer all of our questions. This was a new office for us after our previous veterinarian's office closed; we were extremely happy with our first visit here!
The staff here are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I came here with my kitten after going to a different Vet, which said my cat needed a procedure of which they could not provide and said I would have to go to the emergency hospital for another exam fee and possibly thousands of dollars in care/ treatment. After talking with the technician about my cat's condition he advised me to find a regular hours Vet, so the next morning I found Spokane Veterinary Clinic, thank goodness! Dr. Freeman and his staff listed to my concerns and treated my kitten. Dr. Freeman and his Staff are tremendous, thanks again! I wish I would have came here sooner. I highly recommend Spokane Veterinary Clinic!!!!! Thanks again.
We could not be more happy with love and care we get from the whole staff!! Our girl has never liked going to the vet and I never thought I would see the day that she gets excited to go but she does, whines in the parking lot because she can’t wait to go in and see everyone! They are very professional and you know your fur baby is in good hands!
I love this vet for my dog. when I need to make an appointment for my dog they get him in next day and sometimes same day. There pricing is also not bad and if your tight on funds they try to find other ways to help your animal that stays more budget friendly. I have been going to this vet for a few years and absolutely will not go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they consider the human as well as the best needs for the animal. I'm very glad I found them because I could not get half of the amount of service from other vets that I do from them. When it comes to my fur baby he deserves the best and that's what we get when we go here.
This veterinary clinic is the best I have ever been to, and I only wish I had found them sooner. Their service is exceptional, from the check-in to the check-out process. They keep me updated during the stressful times with my pet and provide fair pricing. I've already visited twice and will definitely return! A special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk for being so kind to me and my fur baby! The doctor was fantastic and genuinely cares for our animal. Thank you!
