Avoid this place. Scheduled post surgery weeks in advance of apt. They cancelled days before. Rescheduled with another several weeks wait. After confirming apt. yesterday, they called to cancel hours before apt. stating therapist called in for “personal reasons”. Once I understand, twice is ridiculous. Flaky, mismanaged business.

I really enjoy coming to this place twice a week. Anything you do twice a week becomes a nuisance however going to Spooner therapy is very enjoyable. I am getting great quality of care by Dr Jenny and her assistant Jackie. I would recommend this place to anyone. As they make getting healthy easier.

Everyone here is super nice and I really liked my therapist. 3 stars bc they are making me get a referral after missing 2 appointments. In my defense I did call an hour before the first appointment to let them know I couldn’t make it but they didn’t answer the phone and it didn’t give me an option for vm. The 2nd time I completely just forgot but now they are making me start all over again and get a new referral before I can come back.

10/10! All staff members I work with are kind and knowledgeable at every session. All my questions and concerns are always addressed. The site occupational therapist is not only knowledgable, but she truly has a passion for her job and it shows. The site director is always walking around helping, checking in on staff, clients and all around great person who also shows his passion for the job. Thank you to all those apart of my care team.

I love the positive friendly environment. I was nervous at 1st because I had never broken a one before. Anyways I was able to Grab a hammer and I haven't been able to make a fist fully, but I'm impressed with my progress. Thank you Spooner Glendale
