This Pilates approach is very different due to Cathy Ward’s background. I LOVE her depth of the body and I am continually amazed by the movements. I recently experienced the effects of my time at Spring House when I saw 2 bags of salt pellets laying on the floor by our water softener. I approached this task differently than all the other times I had tried. I remembered how we practice in class and I could lift the bag up, over and into the softener! WOW was I excited! I did the next bag too! I felt powerful! Thank you for that Cathy!
