I had my battery replaced at Springdale Automotive on Brownsboro Road. I was very happy with their excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians and their shuttle service. In addition, the price for the battery was less than other automotive repair facilities. Thanks Springdale for my new battery and excellent service.

These guys are the best. My brother-in-law recommended this shop after I made the mistake of taking my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ to another place that supposedly “specializes” in Jeeps. Worst decision ever — all they did was hand me a piece of paper full of random “recommended” repairs. All I wanted was a real, thorough inspection of the Jeep I just bought, and that shop didn’t give me any transparency at all. Springdale, on the other hand, was exactly what I was looking for. Their inspection is detailed, honest, and completely transparent. They include photos AND videos so you can actually see what they checked, what needs attention, and why. They send everything straight to your email with proof, not just guesses. The staff is great too. Stephen was super nice, and Patrick was awesome as well. I’ll definitely keep coming back and I absolutely recommend this shop. This is how a real inspection should be done!

I brought my daughter’s Camry here for its 65K service after a car dealer gave us a massive list of expensive replacements. I am so glad I did! This shop is incredibly honest and professional. I especially love their detailed reporting system—it clearly shows their suggestions and findings, and they never pressured me to do the work right then and there. Because they are part of the Costco Auto Program, I also received an additional discount on the service. Overall, I am beyond impressed. Since my first visit, I’ve already brought two of our other cars here for service. Highly recommended!

-Informative, professional, pleasant front desk -Quick and comprehensive work -For the nearly 2 decades I’ve brought my cars to them their work has always been reliable and I’ve always been confident in their diagnosis and thoroughness. -however, since I retired a couple years ago, I’ve taken, my cars requiring simple work to a specific smaller shop who has lower prices. -I will certainly continue to keep Springdale in mind when I need work done on one of my five cars.

Great customer service and good technicians. I was called and kept up to date on the progress of my car's repairs. They were able to diagnose a problem with my ABS sensors that others thought would require a wheel hub replacement...ended up being broken wires.
